Todays Reflectons Answer to questions

1.Light comes in different colours that are usually mixed together. Each element of light has its own colour signature . Colours of light show you what materials are being used to make that light. For instance when we burn something the mix of colours in the flame can tell us exactly what materials are being used.

2.
Ambient Light- is a general illumination that comes from all directions in a room that has no visible source. This type of lighting is in contrast to directional lighting.

Direct Light Diffuser: I first looked up direct light which is lighting that is provided from a source without reflection from another surface. Then I looked up diffuser, which is a device that diffuses or spreads out or scatters light in some manner to give off a soft light.

Luminosity: is a measurement of brightness.

Energy Efficiency: is using less energy to provide the same service. Energy efficiency is not energy conservation.

Watts: the watt is a derived unit of power in the international system of units. Named after the Scotish engineer James Watt. The unit, defined as one joule per second, measures the rate of energy conversion.

This is all I got completed in class today.
